This monthly service protects websites against hacks. WordPress and related plug-ins are updated to the latest version and monthly clean back-ups are taken.

Why a Maintenance Contract?

There has been a steady increase in server attacks and viruses. Unless you technically maintain your site, you are at risk of an attack.

This can mean losing functionality or being denied access to your data. Your site could also be used for inappropriate content. Worst case scenario, you may lose the site completely particularly if the ISP (hosting entity) feels you are leaving it open to undue risk.

Annual Maintenance and Support (AMS)

This monthly service available to existing clients includes

  • Checking for hacks/viruses
  • Taking a back-up of the site
  • Updating any plug-ins/wordpress
  • Issuing a report to confirm a clean health check

If the site is hacked – within the fee – we replace it with the last clean version.

Annual Maintenance for Clients?

Our Annual Maintenance and Support contract (AMS) is available to clients where we have developed the website(s).
