{"id":8317,"date":"2024-02-08T14:26:27","date_gmt":"2024-02-08T14:26:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/inspiration.ie\/?p=8317"},"modified":"2024-02-08T18:04:09","modified_gmt":"2024-02-08T18:04:09","slug":"ppc-specialist","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/inspiration.ie\/ppc-specialist\/","title":{"rendered":"PPC Specialist"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Inspiration is looking for a capable <strong>PPC Specialist<\/strong>, with <strong>proven agency experience<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company has been in business for almost 25 years, and we are a small, highly skilled team with many long-standing loyal clients, which are mainly B2B manufacturers, exporters, educational organisations, and eCommerce stores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The SEO specialist will plan, create, analyse, and optimise paid media campaigns for a variety of clients. Campaigns typically span from traditional Google Ads to Google shopping and social media advertising, including mainly LinkedIn Advertising.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ideal candidate for this role will have<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>significant experience managing end-to-end paid campaigns in Google Ads (search and display networks) and paid social campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>impeccable client communication skills, perfect English and a proactive approach in terms of making recommendations to grow each clients&#8217; business.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>flexibility in their availability of time, to accommodate timely comms and response times to clients and the internal team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This role requires approx. 1<strong>0-12 hours per week<\/strong> on a <strong>remote working<\/strong> basis. Team members are required to attend a remote team meeting once per week, and client meetings in person, in Ireland, very occasionally. They are also required to attend up to 2 meetings with the team a year in Dublin, where the business is based, at their own expense. For these reasons the team is mainly based in Ireland, however this is not a requirement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This role has been done on a contract basis previously with flexible hours. It is feasible to fix hours (subject to some flexibility) or work as an employee also. This can be discussed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Role Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Set up and manage multiple paid ad campaigns at a time across a range of digital channels &#8211; mainly Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns for maximum quality, conversions, and return on investment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create PPC proposals for new and existing clients<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create effective and engaging copy for ads<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and maintain relationships with the internal team and with clients<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Audit Google and other Ad accounts and make recommendations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Produce detailed analysis and reports for clients and the management team, on a monthly basis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Present data and reports to clients<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make proactive recommendations that seek to improve clients\u2019 accounts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Problem-solve, where there are issues with accounts e.g. technical issues (in liaison with the Dev team) or card payment issues that impact the performance of ads.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Record all time in Productive, the time management system (training will be given)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>At least 3 years of proven experience as a PPC Specialist<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience managing campaigns in Google Ads Search and Display<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience managing campaigns in Facebook\/Instagram<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience creating proposals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong teamwork experience and excellent relationship-building skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience dealing with clients directly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in data analysis and knowledge of conversion tracking setup process<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics GA4, Facebook Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with Google Ads Shopping, Google Merchant Centre,<br>Google Tag Manager<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A good understanding of how PPC fits into the wider area of digital marketing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to present information effectively to a range of audiences<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing strategies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong relevant Bachelor&#8217;s degree or equivalent education<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nice to have:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with LinkedIn Advertising<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Specialist experience with B2B clients<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong Marketing background<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of HubSpot<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you meet the requirements outlined above, and want to work with a dynamic team of experts,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please email your CV to&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:cathy@inspiration.ie\">cathy@inspiration.ie<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">&nbsp;<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233117&quot;:false,&quot;134233118&quot;:false,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:0,&quot;335551620&quot;:0,&quot;335559738&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Inspiration is looking for a capable PPC Specialist, with proven agency experience.
