Who is it for?

This is a free support service available on a first-come-first-served basis to small businesses that

  • Have been forced to close down or severely limit operations due to Covid 19 AND
  • Are suffering adversely financially due to the virus AND
  • Cannot afford to pay for web support

  • Have a WordPress website, if you need site updates
We specialise in WordPress, the most common web platform globally

When is the support available?

Businesses can apply for support online from Fri 3rd April
We will start supporting businesses straight away
However obviously we will have to schedule the work; businesses who want to post notices about Covid19 will be given first priority as this is time-critical.
The service will be delivered remotely, primarily via email and WhatsApp and skype/similar.

The first 50 businesses who qualify as above and register online for support will be allocated

  • 3 hours support; the work will be implemented in April 2020.

At the end of April, we’ll review the support scheme. If it works for small business and it works for us – and the Covid 19 restrictions on business continue – then we will continue with this support service.

What can a small business use this time for?

Here’s how you can use your three hours;

  • Let customers know how to support you

We can update your website with news on how you are handling the restrictions; how customers can support you, encourage them to buy online from you etc. You will need to supply the wording and access to your website.

  • Stop paid ads.
Are you worried that there are paid ads running that you are automatically being charged for and you don’t know how to switch them off? Supply us with access and we’ll switch off the spend
  • Book a Training Session on Updating Your WordPress Website
We’ll do a one hour basic training session via skype/similar on how you can update your WordPress website. If you haven’t touched the site in a while, it’s a good time to refresh your skills on this.
  • Book a training session on Optimising Content
Maybe you are already publishing content on your website but you don’t know how to optimise it for Google, so that you are found in Google.ie. We’ll explain best practice and what you need to do to optimise the content you are publishing.
  • Update your social media profiles.
If you would like a review of your LinkedIn or FB profile, and amends implemented, or you need a business profile set-up – we can assist you with this.
  • A Website Review

We’ll do a free review of your website, from a marketing, SEO and technical perspective and give you a set of recommendations.

  • Digital Marketing Consultancy.
You can book a 15 min call with the Founder and Director of Inspiration Marketing, to discuss life after Corona – pick Cathy’s brain about what you might do from a digital marketing perspective, where should you focus your efforts etc. Cathy may then allocate specific resource from Inspiration to have a further more detailed conversation e.g. with a SEO expert or Google Adwords Pro etc. – within the 3 hour limit.

How to Apply

Complete this simple form. Everyone will get a response but initially we can only support the first 50 businesses that apply.

Who is providing this support?

Inspiration is providing this support as our marketing team have limited paid work at present. And  although we haven’t applied for the recent government supports to date – as our overall  invoicing is holding out – the fact that this support is available gives us the confidence to ripple some benefits of stability through the small business community. And it’ll keep us all busy!

What support is not available?

Software development and graphic design is not available however we can offer some technical support and content layout support. This is because our internal resources in these fields are busy supporting clients. However our marketing team is well used to handing content updates on websites, managing ad campaigns, SEO work etc.  And we are here to help you.

What are the Terms and Conditions?

Not many – we want to help.

However we can’t guarantee to support you; this is a discretionary service. For example, the support required may be outside of the scope of our internal, available skillset. Or your business may not align with our values.
